Bali
So I left Taiwan and came to Bali, again. My main idea was to not stay there for very long, but rather move on to some other islands. But Sarah, my ex-roommate, was coming over from Java and I was really looking forward to catch up with her.
After she and her boyfriend left I stayed a while longer and met a guy from Raglan and a really nice couple from Austria. So there went another few days in Bali. Then I went south to Uluwatu with the guy from Raglan and surfed those lefty reefs every day. I was also really happy when I met Steffi again who I know from Costa Rica where we actually have been roommates.
That was when I decided that my board was in general a but undervolumed. So I was looking for a new board. Few days later bought one for 5mill, so €320 Brand new, but I webt a bit overvolumed. Didn't like the feel of it and sold it for 3.7mill after 5 days and instantly went to a custom made Board for 5mill again which was finished the day before I left.
So after the board-fiasko I was too lazy to move and actually had to pick up the board before I left which led me to convince myself to stay for the rest of my time.
So nothing special, basically waiting in perfect tropical conditions to get to NZ.
